Anchored and Aware Mental Health Workshop

This workshop is designed to help women pause, reflect, and identify what they have been carrying mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Together, we will explore how stress shows up in the body, how survival mode affects our ability to rest, how burnout is often connected to overgiving, and how unhealed trauma can shape our responses, relationships, and sense of peace.

This will be a faith-centered, emotionally supportive space where women can be honest without shame, receive practical tools for reflection and healing, and be reminded that caring for the mind is not separate from caring for the soul.

This workshop is for the woman who has been functioning while tired, showing up while overwhelmed, grieving silently, navigating triggers, or learning how to make space for herself again.

Healing is holy. Rest is necessary. Support is strength. And you do not have to carry it all alone.

Register HERE starting May 16, 2026.
