Shaquenia Monique’s mission is to help others speak their truth, and empower them to release themselves from the b.o.n.d.a.g.e of their pasts while walking boldly into their futures. Informed by the trauma of her past (physical abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, abandonment, rejection), Shaquenia has been called to help women like her bring past hurts from the darkness into God’s light–where true healing can begin. This focus on breaking chains makes her delivery passionate, raw, relevant and always transparent. Shaquenia is fully committed to hearing the voice of God for every person she works with, leading them into their Divine Destiny.

As a certified Life Coach/Anxiety Coach, Shaquenia spent a year teaching high school students the fundamentals of anxiety, mental health, emotional regulation, time management, and the setting of daily, monthly and weekly goals.

As a self-proclaimed “Breakout Coach”, Shaquenia uses the book and journal she’s written as tools to help women breakout of the prisons of their pain, forgive, remove their masks, and walk into their futures in liberty.

As a certified Mental Health Coach, Shaquenia has immersed herself in the current mental health crisis, answering God’s call to care for those who feel lost, forgotten and confused. Her personal experiences with mental health fuel her compassion and desire to assist churches, families, and individuals as they traverse waters that look murky, but simply need a filter of the fruit of the Spirit.

As a speaker and psalmist, Shaquenia uses the gifts God has given her to travel and bring the message of healing and freedom to people everywhere. She is often found presenting at women’s conferences, leading her own Bondage Breakout Bootcamp, teaching, singing and encouraging every woman she meets.

Most recently, Shaquenia has been affirmed as an Apostle—called, tried, and trusted by God to lead others into wholeness through the authority of His Word, the weight of His glory, and the wisdom forged by fire. This mantle reflects not only her spiritual authority, but also her unwavering commitment to building, equipping, and sending others forward in power. In addition, she holds a Master’s in Theological Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary, a journey that deepened her understanding of Scripture, refined her prophetic voice, and affirmed her call to bridge the gap between theology, mental health, and transformative ministry.

Shaquenia is prepared to help you identify the areas in your life that are holding you back, and give you the tools needed to accomplish the goals you will set together. She is on fire for ministry, mental health, and liberty.

Dubbed the spiritual Harriet Tubman, her personal mantra is:

“Because God brought me out, I will continue to go into the wilderness and find my sisters, pulling them out of pain, out of shame, out of darkness and into His marvelous light. I will NOT stop until you’re FREE!!”

For over two decades, Shaketa has stood faithfully beside Apostle Shaquenia Monique, helping to carry the vision and weight of S.H.I.P.P Ministries Worldwide with unmatched loyalty, insight, and spiritual sensitivity. Often mistaken for blood family, their bond goes deeper — forged through shared calling, tested through seasons of fire, and rooted in unwavering love for God and His people.

As the ministry’s central point of contact, Shaketa oversees all administrative coordination, email and event communication, scheduling, booking, and internal systems. But her role is far more than operational. Gifted with a divine ability to discern the hearts of others, she ministers quietly but powerfully — loving unconditionally, offering guidance, and tending to the needs of others with grace and compassion. She is a natural giver, always putting others before herself, and carries a burden to see healing and transformation flow to the most overlooked.

Currently pursuing her certification in Biblical Studies at the 2819 Institute, Shaketa is also an entrepreneur and creative force — operating a natural hair salon, a thriving event planning company, and a catering business. Her long-term dream of opening a transitional home for women aligns perfectly with the heartbeat of S.H.I.P.P, and is being established as part of the ministry’s next chapter.

She is, without question, the engine and the embrace behind the scenes — organizing structure while ministering love. Her presence is a gift to this ministry, and to every soul it serves.

With a rich background in administration, project management, brand development, and marketing strategy, Krystle helps translate the heart of the ministry into digital form—ensuring that every post, campaign, and graphic not only looks excellent but speaks prophetically to the women we're called to reach.

More than a media lead, Krystle is a builder of legacy. Her work doesn’t just elevate visuals; it anchors messaging in purpose and values. She is deeply committed to faith-integrated business, believing that integrity, empathy, and spiritual alignment are the keys to creating lasting impact.
