Shaquenia Monique’s mission is to help women speak their truth and release themselves from the b.o.n.d.a.g.e of their pasts while walking boldly into their God-given future. Her calling is deeply personal. Having survived physical abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, abandonment, and rejection, she is passionate about helping women bring hidden hurts into God’s light, where true healing can begin. Her delivery is transparent, raw, and rooted in freedom.

A certified Life Coach/Anxiety Coach and certified Mental Health Coach, Shaquenia equips women with practical tools for emotional health, identity, goal setting, and lasting transformation. She is also a speaker and psalmist who travels to release a message of healing and liberty.

Affirmed as an Apostle and holding a Master’s in Theological Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary, she bridges theology, mental health, and transformative ministry.

Dubbed the spiritual Harriet Tubman, her personal mantra is:
“Because God brought me out, I will continue to go into the wilderness and find my sisters, pulling them out of pain, out of shame, out of darkness and into His marvelous light. I will NOT stop until you’re FREE!!”

For over two decades, Shaketa has walked faithfully alongside Apostle Shaquenia Monique, helping carry the vision of S.H.I.P.P Ministries Worldwide with loyalty, wisdom, and spiritual sensitivity. Their bond is family deep, forged through shared calling and refined through every season.

As the ministry’s central point of contact, Shaketa leads administrative coordination, scheduling, booking, communications, and internal systems, ensuring the ministry runs with excellence and care. Gifted with discernment and compassion, she serves quietly but powerfully, tending to people’s needs with grace and a heart for the overlooked.

Shaketa has completed her certification in Biblical Studies at the 2819 Institute and is now pursuing a Mental Health Coach certification with the AACC. Shaketa is also an entrepreneur and creative, operating a natural hair salon, event planning company, and catering business. Her long-term dream of opening a transitional home for women aligns with the heartbeat of S.H.I.P.P and is part of the ministry’s next chapter.

Krystle is the creative force and strategic mind behind the digital expression of S.H.I.P.P Ministries Worldwide. As a visionary business coach, founder of Preserved Concept Creative Studio, and faith-driven branding expert, she brings clarity, structure, and spiritual alignment to how the ministry shows up and serves.

With a background in administration, project management, brand development, and marketing strategy, Krystle helps translate the heart of the ministry into digital form so every post, campaign, and graphic looks excellent and speaks with purpose to the women we are called to reach.

More than a media lead, she is a builder of legacy. Krystle anchors messaging in integrity, empathy, and values, ensuring what the world sees reflects what God is doing behind the scenes, boldly and built to last.
